The correct option is C zero
As the capacitors are initially uncharged so their equivalent resistance is zero. Thus when switch is opened, the whole current will pass through the capacitors and they charging. Therefore no current pass through any resistors initially just after closed the switch. Thus,the current through resistor PQ is zero.
