The current through C1 at any time t is i1=i10et/C1R

and current through C2 at any time t is i2=i20et/C2R

i1i2=i10i20e(t/C2Rt/C1R)=i10i20et/2C2R as C1=2C2

Thus i1/i2 will increase with time.
