Current through any branch of resistors will be,
I=9V9Ω=1A

Potential drop across 1μF capacitor = 1×3=3V

Potential drop across 3μF capacitor = 1×7=7V

Charge on 1μF capacitor Q1=CV=1×3=3μC

Similarly charge on 3μF capacitor Q2=7×3=21μC
