The correct option is A $3 \times 10^{- 3} C$
$ε = i R \Rightarrow 100 = i_{0} \times 20$
So, $i_{0} = 5 A$

By Conservation of Energy,
$\frac{1}{2} L i_{0}^{2} = \frac{Q^{2}}{2 C}$
$\Rightarrow Q = i_{0} \sqrt{L C}$
