The correct option is C 12 V
In the steady state capacitor is fully charged so no current will flow through resistor on most right resistor.
By Kirchhoff's law for loop ABCEFA and CHGEC, we will get
3i1+3(i1+i2)=152i1+i2=5...(1) and
3i2+3i23i1=0i1=2i2...(2)
From (1) and (2), 5i2=5i2=1 and i1=2
Thus potential across capacitor =3i2+3(i1+i2)=3+9=12V
