The correct option is C 12V
As a fully charged capacitor draws no current so no current flow through resistor on right. The current flow through remaining resistors as shown in figure.
Applying Kirchhoff's law
For loop ABEFGA: Ri1+R(i1+i2)=15
2i1+i2=15R=153=5....(1)
For loop ABCDEFGA: Ri2+Ri2+R(i1+i2)=15
i1+3i2=15R=153=5.....(2)
From (1) and (2):
i1+3(52i1)=55i1=10i1=2A
Putting, i1=2 in (1),
i2=52(2)=1A
Thus, Potential across capacitor is: Vc=Ri2+R(i1+i2)=(3×1)+3(2+1)=3+9=12V
