For the given circuit at any instant time t,

I1=VRe(tRC) ...(1)

I2=VRe(t2RC) ...(2)

Fro equations (1) and (2),

I1I2=e(tRC+t2RC)

I1I2=e(t2RC)

From this expression, it is clear that as t increases, ratio of I1I2 decreases.
