The central cavity (D) of spinal cord has cerebrospinal fluid. The H shaped gray matter (C) is centrally located and is surrounded by white matter (E). The posterior end of H shaped gray matter makes the dorsal horn (B) while its anterior end is called as ventral horn (F). Dorsal septum (A) is present in the dorsal surface of spinal cord separating the posterior funiculus. The sensory fibres and ganglion of dorsal root (H) of spinal nerve enter the gray matter while the motor fibres of ventral root (G) of spinal nerves exit the gray matter. Correct answer is A.
