The correct option is Bx−4y=0 Equation of ellipse, for the given values of a2 and b2 is written as x25/3+y25/4=1 and that of diameter is given by y=−3x So the equation of conjugate diameter is y=m2x where m1m2=−b2a2 ⇒−3m2=−34∴m2=14 ∴ Equation of conjugate diameter is 4y−x=0.
