The correct option is A Red colour spectrum
Prism basically split the incident white light or any mixture of different wavelength because of different refractive indexes and hence different deviation of different wavelengths of light.
When the red colour of light is incident on the prism, the band obtained on the screen constitutes the wavelengths that made up the red colour.
And, those wavelengths obtained on the screen are red in colour as they are all of the red colours and are called red color spectrum.
