$∠ A O B = 360 - 260 = 100^{o}$
$∠ A O B = 2 ∠ A C B$ (half angle property)
$∠ A C B = \frac{1}{2} ∠ A O B = \frac{100}{2} = 50^{o} x = 50^{o}$
