The correct option is B 18 cm
Since, the given figure is kite.
$∴ A D = D C = 3.8$
and $A B = B C = 5.2$
$∴ p e r i m e t e r = A B + B C + C D + D A = 5.2 + 5.2 + 3.8 + 3.8 = 18 c m$
