The correct option is A Pv
EMF induced across the ends of the rod is,

E=Blv

Current in the circuit is,

I=ER=BlvR

Magnetic force on the conductor,

F=IlB, directed towards left

Acceleration of the rod is zero,

F=F

IlB=F

or, I=FBl

Now, power, P=EI

P=Blv×FBl=Fv

F=Pv

Hence, option (A) is the correct answer.
