Given that:
OAB=60,OCB=70
To find:
AOC=?
Solution:
ABC=12×reflexAOC (Angle at the centre is twice of angle subtended by the chord at the circumference.)
or, ABC=12×(360AOC)
or, ABC=180AOC2
Now,
ABC+OCB+AOC+OAB=360
or, 180AOC2+70+AOC+60=360
or, AOC2=360180130
or, AOC2=50
or, AOC=100
Hence, C is the correct option.
