$\because$ EF and CD intersect each other at O
$\therefore$ Vertically opposite angles are equal,
$\therefore \angle 1=2x$
AB is a line
$3x+\angle 1+5x={180}^{\circ }$
(Angles on the same side of a line)
$\Rightarrow 3x+2x+5x={180}^0$
$\Rightarrow 10x={180}^0\Rightarrow x=\frac{{180}^0}{10}={18}^0$
Hence $x={18}^0$
