Male gametes

Male gametes are present in the pollen tube of the pollen grain.

Egg cell

Egg cell is the female gamete in the egg apparatus of the embryo sac.

Polar nuclei

Polar nuclei are present in the central cell of the embryo sac and fuse with one male gamete to produce a triploid primary endosperm nucleus.

Synergids

Synergids are present on either side of the egg in the egg apparatus and guide the pollen tube growth into the embryo sac.

Pollen tube

Pollen tube is formed through germination of the pollen grain on the stigma and grows through the stigma and style into the embryo sac.
