Since, $A B = C D$
$A O = B O$
therefore $Δ A O B$ is an isosceles triangle
similarly, $Δ C O D$ is an isosceles triangle
$∠ A O B = ∠ C O D$ [ Since $Δ A O B ≅ Δ C O D$ ]
