The correct option is C μ3Rμ3μ1
For refraction at the first surface,

μ2v1μ1=μ2μ1+R .....(1)

For refraction at second surface,

μ3v2μ2v1=μ3μ2+R .....(2)

On adding (1) and (2),

μ3v2=μ3μ1R

v2=μ3Rμ3μ1=f

[since incident rays are parallel, final image is formed at the focus of the system.]
