The correct option is C north
The direction of the magnetic field around a current carrying conductor can be found by right-hand thumb rule. The magnetic field due to each part of the wire will have a component in the center of the loop that points in one direction.

Using right-hand thumb rule we can say field line will be towards you, so the part of the loop that faces towards us or outside the paper will be north pole.
