The correct option is C Zero
Consider the free body diagram of wedge.

Net force on wedge =0 (see figure)

At first pulley there is horizontal force F eastward and an inclined force F along the wedge slope downward.

At second pulley force F westward and F along the wedge slope upward hence the forces along wedge cancelling each other and also horizontal forces hence the resultant force on the wedge is zero therefore acceleration is zero.
