Current flows from A to B in the coil. Lenz's law is used to draw the above conclusion which says that 'current induced in circuit due to change in flux in such a way that it opposes the cause of it'. Here magnetic field line are coming out of N i.e from left to right and it increasing as they are getting closer, so current induced will be in such a way that it opposes, so field induced have to from right to left. Hence current induced will be from A to B.
