CE is parallel to diagonal DB, and triangle BDE and BDC is drawn between the parallel line and upon the same base BD.
So, Area of triangle BDE and BDC is equal.
$△ A D E = △ A D B + △ D B E$
$△ A D E = △ A D B + △ B D C$
