Product of rational number $= \frac{P r o d u c t o f n u m e r a t o r s}{P r o d u c t o f d e n o m i n a t o r s} = \frac{(- 3 \times 3)}{7 \times (- 7)} = \frac{- 9}{- 49} = \frac{9}{49}$
Hence, $\frac{- 3}{7} \div (\frac{- 7}{3}) = \frac{9}{49}$
