We know that for LCR circuit, Impedance is given by

Z=R2+(XCXL)2

When, f=0, then

XL=ωL=2πfL=0

And , XC=1ωC=12πfC=

Therefore, the impedance of the circuit is infinite at f=0 is, Z=

When f=, then

XL=ωL=2πfL=

And, XC=1ωC=12πfC=0
