In the forensic science they use the blood stains to identify whether the victim is male or female .if the victim has got blood transfusion from another person .while checking the blood there would be result shows sex of the transferred blood .who they can identify the victim correctly..

If the victim has got blood transfusion from his/her opposite gender and undergoes the examination of his/her blood sample then the test will show the correct results indicating the true gender of the victim because the donor blood is unlikely to alter genetic tests( according to the research studies present on pubmed).Red blood cells, the primary component in transfusions have no nucelus and no DNA so there will not be any change in appearance of sex chromosome of the recepient during the test.
Also the donor DNA in blood transfusion recepients lasts for few days without altering the genetics of the recepient.
