The correct option is D 3.6V,0.6A
The resultant circuit can be drawn as,
The total resistance of the circuit=3+3+3+1
=10Ω
Using Ohm's Law, VIR
6=I10
I=0.6A
The reading of Ammeter will be =0.6A
Now, for voltmeter across resistance R
and R=3+3=6Ω
Using ohm's law, V=IR
=0.6×6=3.6V
Reading of voltmeter=3.6V
