At steady state, current through capacitor is zero, because capacitor get fully charged.

Current through resistor 4Ω gets zero.

Total resistance

1Rtotal=1R1+1R2+1R3=11+12+13=116

Rtotal=611Ω

I=VRtotal=6611=11A

Fully charge capacitor Q=CV=0.5×106×6=3μC

Current is 11A and charge 3μC
