The correct option is C 43 V
During steady state no current flows through the capacitor containing arm, so the potential across the capacitor will be same as the potential across arm AB. By applying K.V.L in the lower circuit we will get
8 V2 V=2ii=3 A
Now apply K.V.L in the left circuit of AB, we will get
2(ii1)4(ii1)+2=0 i1=83
Voltage across arm AB will be 4(ii1)=43 V
