The correct option is A 2 μC, 12 μC
At steady state, capacitor is fully charged and no current flows through the capacitor.

Current in the outer loop is,

I=ER1+R2=610+20=15 A


R1 and C1 are in parallel, thus potential difference across them will be the same.

Charge on capacitor C1,

q1=C1V1=C1IR1=1×15×10=2 μC

Using KVL to the open loop form A to B through C1 and R2 we get potential difference across C2 as,

V2=q1C1+IR2=21+0.2×20=6 V

Charge on capacitor C2,

q2=C2V2=2×2=12 μ C

Hence, option (a) is correct.
