First solving for $C_1$
and $D_1$ for given circuit

so $D_1$ will be on when input is positive and capacitor gets charged with $V_{C1}$ = 15 V then diode $D_1$ is turned off
$V_{D1}=15cos\omega t-15$
As diode $D_1$ will remain always off as $V_{D1}$ will always be non positive
Now for complete circuit ,

Since $V_{D1}$ is non positive , So $D_2$ will not turn on and $C_2$ will not get charged
$V_{c1}=15V$,
$V_{c2}=0V$
