The correct option is D 2 Volt
According to the given circuit, Req=100+200×100200+100=500/3

I=5X3500=3100 Amp

Voltmeter (having 200 ohm resistance) and the 100 ohm resistance are parallel to each other therefore,

I100×100=I200×200

I=I100+I200

On solving, I200=I/3

V=3100× 13× 200=2 Volts. Hence V=2 Volts
