Since the string is inextensible, length of the string remains constant. l1, l2, l3, l4, and l5 are the intercepts of the same string. ∴l1+l2+l3+l4+l5=constant
Differentiating above equation to find rate of change of length which is velocity, VB+VC+VF+VG+VR=0
