The correct option is
A A-Hypothalamus
B-Anterior pituitary
C-Leydig cells
D-Testis
Spermatogenesis initiates due to increase in the secretion of gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) from hypothalamus. The increased levels of GnRH then acts at the anterior pituitary gland and stimulates secretion of LH and FSH. LH acts on leydig cells and stimulates synthesis and secretion of Androgens. Testosterone (Androgen) further stimulates the process of spermatogenesis. FSH acts on sertoli cells stimulates secretion of some factors which help in the process of spermiogenesis. Sertoli cells also secrete inhibin hormone which suppress FSH synthesis.
