The given diagram shows meiosis, the reductional division, which produces four daughter cells, carrying half the chromosome number as compared to that of parent cell. Non disjunction of sister chromatids, during anaphase II of meiosis II, caused formation of aneuploid cells (one without any chromosome and other carrying two chromosomes).
