By interchanging the places of 5 and 6 then the equation becomes correct.
$30 \div 5 + 10 = 6 \times 3$
$\Rightarrow 16 = 18$ which is not correct
$30 \div 6 + 10 = 5 \times 3$
$\Rightarrow 15 = 15$ which is correct
