The correct option is A 3
$α$ + $φ$ = $90^{\circ}$ --------------------- I

$α$ = 2 $φ$ --------------------- II

Solving I and II, we get $α$ = $60^{\circ}$ and $φ$ = $30^{\circ}$

Let length of base AB be x

In $Δ A B C$ , $tan$ $60^{\circ}$ = $\frac{H}{x}$

and $Δ A B D$ , $tan$ $30^{\circ}$ = $\frac{h}{x}$

$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{H}{h}$ = 3
