To find : Volume of cylinder

By the question

Length of the foil = circumference of the cylinder

$\therefore 22=2\pi r$ (where r is the radius)

$\therefore r=\frac{11}{\pi }$

$\therefore volume=\pi r^{2}h$

$=\pi \times \frac{11}{\pi }\times \frac{11}{\pi }\times 16$

$=616.25c{m}^3$

Hence, the volume of cylinder is $616.25c{m}^3$
