In ABC, Using Pythagoras theorem we have,

AC2=AB2+BC2

AC2=152+202

AC2=225+400

AC2=625

AC=25cm

InADC,Using Pythagoras theorem we have,

AD2+CD2=AC2

AD2=AC2CD2

AD2=25272

AD2=62549

AD2=576

AD=24cm....(72425 Pythagoras Triplet)
