In triangle ABC, A:B:C=2:1:3
Let the angles be 2x,x,3x
By angle sum property, the sum of the angles 2x+x+3x=180o
6x=180o
x=30o.

Hence, B=30o.
Now,
DBE+DBA+ABC=180o ...[Straight angle property]
DBE+90o+30o=180o
DBE=180o120o
DBE=60.

Therefore, option C is correct.
