Since the tangents from an external point are equal, we have:
AD=AE,CD=CF,BE=BFPerimeter of ABC=AC+AB+CB=AD-CD+CF+BF+(AE-BE)=AD-CF+CF+BF+AE-BF=AD+AE=2AE=2×5=10 cm
