$∠ A O C + ∠ B O C = 180^{\circ}$ [Linear pair] [1 Mark]
$\Rightarrow 4 x + 2 x = 180^{\circ}$
$\Rightarrow 6 x = 180^{\circ}$

$\Rightarrow x = \frac{180^{\circ}}{6}$

$\Rightarrow x = 30^{\circ}$ [1 Mark]
