The correct option is C
Since $∠ A O C a n d ∠ B O C$ form a linear pair
$∴ ∠ A O C + ∠ B O C = 180^{\circ}$
$\Rightarrow 4 x + 2 x = 180^{\circ}$
$\Rightarrow 6 x = 180^{\circ}$
$\Rightarrow x = \frac{180}{6} = 30^{\circ}$
