$In △ A P S and △ B Q R$

$A P = B Q (Given)$ ...(i)

$∠ A P S = ∠ B Q R = 90^{\circ} ((Given )$ ...(ii)

$P R = Q S (Given)$

$P R + R S = Q S + R S (Adding RS to both sides)$

$P S = Q R$ ...(iii)

From (i), (ii) and (iii), we have
$△ A P S ≅ △ B Q R$ (by SAS rule)
