We know that

$\frac{AE}{AC}=\frac{DE}{BC}$

$\frac{AE}{AE+EC}=\frac{DE}{BC}$

$\frac{2}{2+3}=\frac{1.6}{BC}$

$\frac{2}{5}=\frac{1.6}{BC}$

$BC=4cm$
