In the given figure, PKKS=PTTR and PKT=PRS. Prove that ΔPSR is an isosceles triangle.

Given:
PKKS=PTTR
PKT=PRS

To prove that ΔPSR is an isosceles triangle

Proof:
PKKS=PTTR
KSKP=RTPT
KSKP+1=RTPT+1
KS+KPKP=RT+PTPT
PSKP=PRPT

KPT is common angle to ΔKPT and ΔSPR

Using SAS similarity of triangles, ΔKPTΔSPR
PKT=PSR
PRS=PSRPKT=PRS

Since, two angles of ΔPSR are equal, it is isosceles triangle.
Hence proved
