area of shaded potion = area of circle - area of rectangle

$=\pi r^2-width\times length$

$=\frac{22}{7}\times {\left(\frac{13}{2}\right)}^2-12\times 5$

$=\frac{3718-1680}{28}=\frac{2038}{28}$

$=72.78m^2$
