In ΔPCQ
QPC=PQC=250 [ Equal angles opp to equal radii of the circle]

Similarly,
CPR=CRP=150

QPR=QPC+CPR=25+15=400
QCR=2×QPR=2×40=800 [ Angle subtended by the segment at the centre is double of the angle subtended by the same segment at any other point on the circle.]
