Here,
H5=10cal
In given circuit 5Ω(4Ω&6Ω)
Therefore,
Voltage across both terminal will be same and current following through 4 and 6 ohm will be same as both are connected in series
Current following through 4Ω will be half of the current following through 5Ω Because resistance is inversely proportional to current.

Substitute all value in above equation
10=I25tI2t=2
Similarly,
H4=(I2)24tH4=I24×4t=I2t=2cal/sec
