Parallel lines do not intersect even on producing it,they do not have any point in common and the distance between them is same.

If two or more lines intersect each other at one point,then they are called intersecting lines

If two lines intersect at right angles then they are called perpendicular lines

Three or more lines passing through the same point are said to be concurrent lines

Hence, in the figure

a pair of parallel lines are landm

a pair of intersecting lines are l,p,l,n,(m,p),(m,n),(n,p)

a pair of perpendicular lines are l,n;m,n

concurrent lines are p,n,m
