It is given that O is the centre and $∠ R O S = 40 °$

We have

In right angled triangle RQT we have

$∠ R Q T + ∠ Q T R + ∠ T R Q = 180 ° \Rightarrow 20 ° + ∠ Q T R + 90 ° = 180 ° \Rightarrow ∠ Q T R = 70 °$

$Hence, ∠ R T S = 70 °$
